We kindly request the following form is completed at least two weeks prior to your arrival date to ensure room availability. If you require reservations sooner than two weeks, please call The Stanford Faculty Club front desk directly at (650) 723-9313.

Upon completion of the room request form, a confirmation will be sent to you within one business day. You may contact the front desk to cancel your reservation within 72 hours of the date your of arrival. Failure to cancel will result in charges the equivalent of one night's room rate.
